Continue reading气候变化和能源问题是当前突出的全球性挑战,事关国际社会共同利益,也关系地球未来。习近平主席在 2020 年 9 月的联合国大会一般性辩论上的讲话中宣布,中国将提高国家自主贡献力度,采取更加有力的政策和措施,二氧化碳排放力争于 2030 年前达到峰值,努力争取 2060 年前实现碳中和。碳达峰碳中和的承诺为中国的绿色低碳发展提出了新目标。 中国宏观经济研究院能源研究所(ERI)发布的《中国能源转型展望 2022》对中国能源系统进行了更全面的分析,该报告得到了丹麦能源署(DEA)、哥伦比亚大学全球能源政策中心(CGEP)和挪威开发合作署(NORAD)的支持。 CETO22侧重于分析两种情景下中国能源系统的转型情况。一是基准情景,即中国致力于与全球同步实现“2度”目标,在 2070 年左右实现碳中和。二是碳中和情景,展示了 2030 年前碳达峰、2060 年前碳中和的实现路径。 《中国能源转型展望2022》两种情景下的主要结果: 保持经济持续增长和碳中和目标可以同时实现CETO 情景提出了向清洁低碳、安全高效的能源系统转型的路径。CETO分析显示,通过提高能效、电气化和大规模开发利用可再生能源,这一路径能够提供保障经济持续增长所需的能源。
